We hope you will enjoy your House of Immortelle’s products, but if you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from your purchase date for a full refund.
You will need to cover the return shipping cost if you want to refund the products.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks.
- You may choose to receive a refund, exchange or store credit if you're not satisfied.

At House of Immortelle, your satisfaction is our priority. Our Money-Back Guarantee gives you 30 days from purchase to see if our products are right for you.

1. Guarantee Duration
- Valid for 30 days from your purchase date.
- If you’re not happy, return them for a full refund.

2. Eligibility
- You can return individual products and the sets if they aren’t the right fit for you.
To request a refund, email us at hello@houseofimmortelle.com.au with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Skin health depends on a combination of skincare, diet, and lifestyle, so keep that in mind when measuring progress.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

3. Return Process
Contact our customer service team at hello@houseofimmortelle.com.au for a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Send the product back via registered post, ensuring the RA number is on the package.
- The returned product must be at least 80% full (not empty).
- Returned product must be received within two weeks of receiving your RA.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund promptly.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method as quickly as possible. We're a small business, but we take these requests seriously and aim to resolve them swiftly.
- Refunds are typically processed within four weeks, factoring in transit time (5-10 business days), processing (3-5 business days), and bank processing time (5-10 business days).

6. Exclusions
Our Money-Back Guarantee does NOT apply to:
- E-Gift card.
- Sale items – Products sold at a discounted price as part of a clearance, seasonal, or promotional sale.
- Promotional items – Products offered as part of a promotion, bundle, gift-with-purchase or any special marketing campaign where the item is provided for free or as part of a deal.
