Returns and exchanges

Please choose your items carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or have an unwanted gift. We are unable to resell your returned products ensure product integrity.

You may choose to receive a refund, exchange or credit where the product is faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you. House of Immortelle products must be returned as soon as possible, accompanied by the original purchase receipt, up to 45 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your product, subject to the below:

If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.

  • If you’ve used less than 30% of the product, we’ll only offer a product exchange. If you’ve used more than 30% of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.
  • And we can’t exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.
  • If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us – we’ll always try to help you if we can.
